Shreena Augustin, Esq.
Born in Brooklyn, New York but raised in Florida, Ms. Augustin attended grade school on the west coast of Florida. Ms. Augustin was an accomplished competitor in her high school Model United Nations team. Shreena held two jobs while attending Florida Gulf Coast University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies.
Ms. Augustin began working in the legal field shortly after college as a family law paralegal for a local private attorney. She soon set her eyes on obtaining a law degree and attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida where she competed with the number one nationally ranked Moot Court Honor Board. During her time with the Honor Board Ms. Augustin was a two-time Oral advocate/brief writer finalist for the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition hosted by the National Black Law Students Association. She was also an Oral advocate finalist for the Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition.
Upon graduation from Law School in 2015, Ms. Augustin was admitted to the Florida Bar. The following year, she was also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida and then admitted in Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, Northern District of Florida, and the Federal Bankruptcy Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Augustin has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, First Party Property (Plaintiff), and Bankruptcy.
